Adult Bible Study 


Adult Study Classes are open to all and are attended by people from many faith backgrounds.  These classes are usually held  in two sessions a year, an autumn and a  spring session.


Brown Bags and Bibles

Short Stories by Jesus - Wednesdays  Noon~1:15 pm
Sept, 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 31 and Nov. 14

This fall we are going to dig into Jesus' parables, looking at how Jesus used everyday life to convey his message and meaning. 

Our chosen study guide is Short Stories by Jesus, by Amy-Jill Levine Editor of The Jewish Annotated New Testament.  

October 3rd         The Good Samaritan

October 10th        The Pearl of Great Price

October 17th        The Mustard Seed

October 31st        The Laborers in the Vineyard

November 14th    The Widow and the Judge

You can join for any session. Resource books and registration sheets are still available. Call the church (201) 261-1712, and let our Administrator, Anne, know you'll be joining us. 

Sessions will be led by Pastor Dennis TeBeest.  Bring your lunch (brown bag) at noon;  we crack the books at 12:20!
